Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To conduct transfer loading operation efficiently by arranging two cylindrical materials adjacent to each other in series at a high support portion and a low support portion of cylindrical material support means and scooping up two cylindrical materials by means of an empty hanger. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical material 18 is suspened by a horizontal cantilever arm 19 in a hanger 16 of a trolley conveyer 17. A cylindrical material support means 9a having a high support portion 10a and a low support portion 11a which are connected in series in tiers along the length of the arm 19 and a hanger 16 are relatively moved in the longitudinal direction of the arm 19 to transfer and load a cylindrical material 18 on the high support portion and another cylindrical material on the low support portion adjacent to each other in series. Subsequently, the empty arm 19 is moved relatively to means 9a and advanced to a centering position in the central space between two cylindrical materials supported on the means 9a. After that, the means 9a and the hanger 16 are relatively elevated to hange up two cylindrical materials with the arm 19.
