Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To improve the workability and to obtain a stator for a 3-phase motor which is hardly mistaken in wirings by varying the direction of coil winding normally or reversely in pole pair. CONSTITUTION:The winding directions of coils 1 are reversed in pole pair. Thus, a lead 2a connected with a lead 4 is formed in a structure that is led from a large coil 1L in adjacent stator core grooves between poles. A lead 2b connected with one of a neutral point connector 3b is led from phase small coils 1S of #8, #28, #8 of stator core grooves, and leads 2b connected with other neutral connector 3b are led from phase small coils 1D of #13, #23, #3. Leads 2a, 3a for connecting the leads are coated with an insulator 7 to be insulated from a coil end.
