Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a resin compsn. having excellent transparency and impact resistance and suitable for use in the molding of a sheet or a film, consisting of an arom. vinyl compd./conjugated diene block copolymer having a specified structure and a thermoplastic resin. CONSTITUTION:A resin compsn. consists of 5-95wt% block copolymer (A) composed of an arom. vinyl compd. (a) and a conjugated diene (b) and 95-5wt% thermoplastic resin (B) wherein the copolymer A contains 25-95wt% compd. (a) and is a block copolymer of formula I or II {wherein A is the polymer block of the compd. (a), the quantity of A accounts for 50-97wt% of the total weight of the compd. (a), B is a copolymer of the compd. (a) with the compd. (b) and contains 2-10 taper blocks [wherein the quantity of the compd. (a) is gradually increased]; n is 3-6; X is a residue of a coupling agent} and the quantity of the chains where 1-4 compds. (a) are bonded as monomer unit, acounts for 5- 25% of the total quantity of the compd. (a).
