Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To improve the S/N by using a push-pull source follower circuit comprising complementary FETs and two current mirror circuits so as to form a sound volume adjusting circuit thereby suppressing generation of thermal noise. CONSTITUTION:Current terminal pairs of an output side of the current mirror circuits 21 and 22 are connected and a push-pull source follower circuit 23 comprising complementary FETs Q1, Q2 is connected to the current terminal pair of the input side. A series circuit of a fixed resistor 27 and a variable resistor 28 is connected between an output terminal B and an output terminal C of the circuit 23 and a slider 28c of the variable resistor 28 is connected to common. Then a signal source 1 is connected to an input terminal A of the circuit 23. Since the sound volume adjusting circuit 20 is formed in this way, generation of thermal noise is suppressed and the S/N is improved. |
