| Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To decrease the power loss of a transistor (TR) by providing a prescribed amplitude of a voltage source between electrodes to be controlled of an output TR and a drive TR. CONSTITUTION:The collector of the drive TRQ1 is connected to a positive electrode of the voltage source E4 and the collector of the output TRQ2 is connected to a negative electrode of the voltage source E4. The voltage of the voltage source E4 is set slightly higher than the added value of the voltage between the collector and emitter of the TRQ1 and the voltage between the base and collector of the TRQ2. The power loss of the TR is decreased by providing the voltage sources in this way. |
