MANUFACTURE OF SYMBIOTIC MICROORGANISM CARRIER USED FOR TREATMENT OF DIRTY WATER AND PURIFICATION OF WATER SUPPLY INTAKE

PURPOSE:To simplify the manufacturing process, and to enable the quantity production by automation by arranging many original yarns on the outer circumferential surface, fixing the yarns at the leading end of the core wire material, and proving a presser board at a position a suitable distance from the fixed position. CONSTITUTION:When a core wire material 7 is pulled back, each original yarns 2 protruding out in front of a presser board loosens because the orignal yarn is tightened at the pressing position, and juts out radially to form loops 19. The loops 19 are completely raised up at a position where the presser boards 17a, 17b, 17c, and 17d are brought into contact with the clip 1, and the roots of the loops are thrusted to each other. Under said thrusted conditions, since comparatively large resistance is made to the backward movement of the core wire material 7, slippage is caused at a supporting part 9a. And an arm 9b returns to the position where the operation is started. Said operations are repeated in the same way.
