Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide the titled device which builds up automatically a piercing nut to a plate member by positioning a part for assigning a metallic plate member onto the piercing nut disposed in the home position on a punching part by an oscillating chute and lowering a caulking die thereby performing blanking and caulking. CONSTITUTION:A part for assigning mounting of a metallic plate member 23 is positioned onto a piercing nut 20 pushed into the home position in a nut supporting part 6 via an oscillating chute 7 through a hose 16. The metallic member 23 is blanked by the die blanking aperture and the pilot part 21 of the nut 20 upon descending of a caulking die 2. The blanked periphery is pressed by the edge 25 on the blanking aperture to fit and build up the end edge to the inclined groove of the nut 20 in press contact therewith.
