LANCE TYPE THREE-NOZZLE SPRAY APPARATUS

PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of such a problem that the omission of a paint is generated at a crevice part, in a lance type spray apparatus having two spray guns similar to conventional ones, by directly spraying a paint to the crevice part apart from an end part. CONSTITUTION:In a lance type spray apparatus for painting the inner surface of a can 1 having a body gun 2 and an end gun 3, a branched line is provided to the paint flowline 7 provided to the nozzle chip of the end gun 3 and an end nozzle 8 is provided to the leading end of said flowline while a crevice nozzle 9 is provided to the leading end of the above-mentioned branched line. Therefore, a problem such as the omission of the paint in a crevice 5 is not generated. Further, it is unnecessary to spray, the excessive paint to the can body or the end part of the can and 10% or more of the paint can be conserved and the generation of a blister can be prevented. In addition, spray painting can be performed only by exchanging the nozzle chip of a conventional lance type spray apparatus and it is unnecessary to modify the apparatus at an enormous expense.
