Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To suck and remove the fly waste removed by a scraper into a suction duct, and to facilitate the handling of the spun yarn in the post-treatment stage, by placing a cover above the oil tank in a manner to cover the oiling roller. CONSTITUTION:The yarn Y is applied with the oiling agent 10 from the surface of the oiling roller 11 exposed from the opening 12a of the cover 12. The fly waste attached to the oiling roller 11 is removed by the scraper 23, and at the same time, it is sucked from the suction port 24 of each scraper 23 into the suction duct 26, and collected in the filter box 28.
