CONSTITUTION:The objective raw material of soup is prepared from (A) a soya milk powder having a coagulation index of >=15 and a water-soluble nitrogen index of >=80%, (B) a coagulant (preferably gluconodelta-lacton, etc.) and (C) the powder, granule or compression-molded granule of a seasoning or seasoning coated with starch, etc. |
