Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain always appropriate synchronized oscillation in a device which exerts oscillation to materials to be pickled, such as, for example, wires, by coupling a plurality of oscillation motors with the use of shafts, etc. so that the relative phase relations among weights carried by the oscillation motors are always maintained constant. CONSTITUTION:Motors 5, 5 are arranged respectively left and right on members, opposed to each other, of a frame 3 which is set on the top surface of a base through the intermediary of a cushion such as, for example, an air suspension. The rotary shafts of the left and right oscillation motors 5, 5 are coupled together through shafts 91, 92, 93, miter gears 10, and a rubber coupling 11, and are so arranged that the relative phase relation between weights carried by the oscillation motors 5, 5 is always maintained constant.
