METHOD OF ENDING IN OPEN-END SPINNING MACHINE

PURPOSE:In an open-end spinning machine wherein spun yarn is provided with wax and wound, when it is started after end breakage, to prevent a bad condition of spinning resulting from attachment of wax to the interior of spinning rotor, by using yarn nonprovided with wax as seed yarn. CONSTITUTION:In an open-end spinning machine wherein the yarn Y spun from the yarn guide pipe 2 is provided with wax by the waxing device 4 and wound by the package 7, when end breakage occurs, the interior of spinning rotor is cleaned, and the spinning machine is started, end of the yarn X nonprovided with wax is introduced from the yarn guide pipe 2 into the rotor, and operation is restarted. The spun yarn Y is passed through the waxing device 4, the yarn is introduced into the discharge pipe 9, discharged, the seed yarn X and the connecting part of it and the spun yarn Y are totally discharged, the spun yarn Y is tied to end of yarn drawn out from the package 7 by the knock 12, and the new spun yarn Y is wound by the package 7.
