CALCULATION OF MIXING RATIO OF GAS AND FLUID

PURPOSE:To accurately calculate the mixing ratio of gas and fluid, by mixing the gas and the fluid to form a gaseous mixture and measuring flow amounts, temps. and pressures of the supplied gas and the gas after mixing while inputting the measured values to an operator to perform operation. CONSTITUTION:In obtaining a humidified gaseous mixture consisting of gas and water by supplying both of them to a humidifier 21, temp. detectors 12, 15, pressure detectors 13, 16 and differential pressure type flow meters 22, 23 are respectively provided to a gas supply conduit 2 an a gaseous mixture conduit 5 and these detection values T1, T2, P1, P2, DELTAP1, DELTAP2 are outputted to an operator 18. In this operator 18, the mol flow amounts of steams respectively contained in the supplied gas and the gaseous mixture are calculated from said detection values, respective MWs of the supplied gas and water and constants determined at the time of the setting of the flow meters 22, 23 and the ratio of both of them, that is, the mixing ratio thereof is calculated.
