DEVICE FOR POURING WATER INTO POLYMERIZER

PURPOSE:The titled device useful for preventing attachment of scale and removing it easily, having high operation efficiency, by setting a horizontal dispersing plate and plural slant blades surroundig it radiately at a high position of a revolving shaft having an agitating element, equipping a water supply means to pour water onto the dispersing plate. CONSTITUTION:The revolving shaft 1 equipped with the agitating element 2 at the lower part is set in such a way that the shaft is passed through the cover 3 of an autoclave. At a high position in the vicinity of the cover 3 of the revolving shaft 1, the horizontal dispersing plate 4 is fixed by the boss 5, and the plural slant blades 6 are set radiately around the dispersing plate 4. The water supply pipe 7 set on the dispersing plate 4, passing through the cover 3, is laid as a water supply means to pour water onto the dispersing plate 4, and water is fed from a water supply pump connected through the cock 8 on the cover 3 to the water supply pump 7 to the polymerizer. The slant blades 6 are sloped about 30 deg. from the dispersing plate 4, and preferably the sloped bottom ends are bent and channels are formed.
