Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To improve the tracking performance to an incore plasma by providing a resonance electric capacitance between one face of a box type cavity resonator and a strip core so as to obtain a required resonance frequency with the adjustment of the electric capacitance. CONSTITUTION:The strip core 7 whose top plate 6 is connected in the cavity is projected from the lower face of the cavity and a dish form mobile body 9 possible for taking out and putting in is provided to a cavity face 8 opposed to the top plate 6. The cavity face 8 and the mobile body 9 are connected electrically so as to provide the electric capacitor as a resonator between opposed faces between the top plate 6 and the mobile body 9. The resonance frequency is varied by adjusting the distance between said faces.
