Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To prevent the slip at the time of installation by a method wherein the surface of a silicone rubber sheet filled with an inorganic filler is provided with an adhesive layer excellent in thermal stability and thermal conductivity, and an adhesive layer protection film is provided thereon. CONSTITUTION:A heat-dissipating sheet is prepared by filling silicone rubber with an inorganic filler excellent in electrical insulation made of a powder of silicon dioxide, zinc oxide, boron nitride, or the like. An adhesive layer excellent in electrical insulation and thermal conductivity is laminated thereon, and an adhesive layer protection film is laminated further thereon. An acrylic silicon series adhesive, etc. can be used for the adhesive layer. The thickness of the adhesive layer is preferable at 0.1-30mum. For example, the adhesive 2 deposited on the outer periphery of a take-out roll 6 is transcribed to the film surface, and the heat-dissipating sheets 1 are dropped down from a hopper 8 while the obtained polyethylene film 3 with adhesive is moved horizontally with the adhesive layer upward; then, the adhesive 2 is laminated on the sheets 1. Thereafter, the titled sheet is prepared by cutting the film. |
