HAND APPLICATOR FOR SURGICAL LASER TREATMENT

A hand applicator for laser surgery has a laser fibre (10) guided in a tube (11) constructed as a hand instrument and which is fed with cooling liquid. The cooling liquid (15) flows coaxially around the light-guiding fibre (10) to cool both the end of the fibre (10a) and the tissue being irradiated.
