STATIC CRUSHING AGENT AND PRODUCTION THEREOF

PURPOSE:To produce a static crushing agent which exhibits a stable water- reducing action and gives an aq. slurry having excellent flow characteristics, by mixing a pulverized static crushing agent base clinker having a specified water content, gypsum and a water-reducing agent. CONSTITUTION:A static crushing agent base clinker which is composed of CaO crystal and 3CaO.SiO2 crystal and in which the CaO crystal is not enclosed in the 3CaO.SiO2 crystal, is brought into contact with water before or after the clinker is pulverized into a powder having a Blaine specific surface area of 1,500-4,000cm /g by a pulverizer, thus obtaining a pulverized static crushing agent base clinker having a water content of 0.1-2wt%. Said pulverized clinker, 1-10wt% anhydrous gypsum and 0.5-4wt% water-reducing agent (e.g. a beta- naphthalene sulfonic acid/formalin condensate water-reducing agent for cement) are mixed together.
