Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To facilitate fine control of an actuator and to prevent the occurrence of impact, by a method wherein a branch valve is located on an oil pressure line leading between a hydraulic pump and a control valve, and a flow rate of pressure oil to the actuator is decreased. CONSTITUTION:A control valve 19 is located between a hydraulic pump 16 and an actuator 12', and a branch valve 17 is situated between a discharge line 21 of the hydraulic pump 16 and the control valve 19. The one branch pipe is connected to the control valve 19, and the other branch pipe 23 is connected to a return flow passage to a tank. Further, the discharge line 21 of the hydraulic pump 16 is connected to a tank through a relief valve. This permits facilitation of fine operation control of the actuator, and enables prevention of the occurrence of impact during fine control.
