Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To contrive to control the individual room temperature under constant condition and control the water temperature returned from a heat exchanger to a heat accumulating tank under nearly constant condition by a method wherein the water supply temperature adjusted for a heat exchanger performance is controlled individually for each system in case of the overload of the heat exchanger or the capacity shortage of a heat source generating apparatus. CONSTITUTION:A cold/hot water generating apparatus 1 (the primary system) such as a cooler unit or a heater and heat exchangers 7, 8 (the secondary system) arranged in each room are connected to a heat accumulation tank 5. A water supply pump 2 and water supply pumps 11, 12 are respectively connected to the primary and secondary systems. The cold/hot water generating apparatus 1 and the inside of the heat accumulation tank 5 are connected by a pipe 4. A part of the pipe 4 is branched off a pipe 4a and a pipe 4b at the A part thereof, the pipe 4b is communicated to the intermediate part of a pipe 9 from the heat exchanger 7 to the heat accumulation tank 5 via a flow rate control valve 14. The flow rate control valve 14 is given the cold/hot water temperature T2, T4 flowed through the pipes 9, 10, then controls the valve open/close operation so that the temperature difference between T2 and T4 is kept under the constant value. |
