POURING PROCESS OF COMPLEX GROUTS

PURPOSE:To facilitate mixing and pouring operation of grout, by pouring specified instant-setting and slow-setting grouts with different gel times into ground in a single process. CONSTITUTION:A stock water glass soln. (soln. I ) is diluted with water into a water glass soln. (soln. II) of required concn. and an acidic soln. is added to it to obtain an acidic silica sol soln. (soln. III) with a pH of 1-2. An instant-setting grout is prepd. by mixing soln. II with soln. III in a blend ratio of 1:2.7-4 by means of pumps P1 and P2 and then soln. III is mixed with a soln. of a neutralizer in a blend ratio of 1:0.03-0.1 to prepare a slow-setting grout. The instant- setting and slow-setting grouts are poured into the ground alternately through a double pipe T.
