Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To manufacture a metallic sleeve for hose connecting metallic fittings in good material yield by setting a cut metallic pipe material to the inside of a die of a specified shape, and executing working from the upper part by a punch having stripper on the outside. CONSTITUTION:When manufacturing a metallic sleeve for connecting a feed-in and -out pipe of a high-pressuruzed fluid, etc. and a flexible pipe, a metallic pipe of a base material is cut to a prescribed length and a material 1 of the metallic sleeve is made. It is set in a die 2 having a tapered part 4 on its botton surface, and a punch 3 is lowered and pushed in so that the upper end of the material 1 lifts a stripper 12. The material 1 is bent to the inside by the tapered surface of the die 12, the stripper 12 is operated as a stop block of the material 1, and the lower end of the base material 1 is bent. Subsequently, it is formed in a shape of sleeve by lowering the stripper 12 and the punch 3, the bend part of the lower side of the sleeve base material 1 is formed to a prescribed shape by an annular projecting part 3C of the punch 3, and a metallic sleeve for hose connecting metallic fittings can be manufactured.
