TOROIDAL WINDING MACHINE

PURPOSE:To uniformly wind normal and reverse windings with a simple construction by providing a torque controller for coupling a wire storage ring and a winding ring to generate idle torque. CONSTITUTION:A wire storage ring 1 is composed to be split in the radial direction, a gear 2 is integrally formed at the entire outer periphery of one flange, and a cutout 3 is cut from the outer peripheral edge of the flange toward the center. A winding ring 5 is composed similarly to the ring 1 to be split in the radial direction, and a gear 6 is integrally formed wit the entire outer periphery. The controller 22 couples the ring 1 with the ring 5 through pinions 4D, 10D to generate an idle torque.
