Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition capable of providing plastic products, wood products, etc. with readily dyeable coating film of high surface hardness, weatherability and chemical resistance, comprising epoxy group-contg. organosilicon compound and functional group-bearing acrylic polymer. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be obtained by incorporating (A) 100pts.wt. of an epoxy group-contg. organosilicon compound [e.g. of formula (R is epoxy group-contg. organic group; R is H, 1-6C hydrocarbon or vinyl group; R is 1-5C hydrocarbon, alkoxyalkyl or 1-4C acyl group; a is 1-3; b is 0-2; a+b
