Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To take out stable power continuously by a method wherein heat storage medium in the slurry condition is heated using the heat energy exhausted intermittently or fluctuatelly, and said medium is storaged in a heat storage medium storage well and a turbine is revoluted by the working medium vaporized in this well. CONSTITUTION:The heat storage medium in the slurry condition, in which the powder of transition material (pentaerthritol) which absorb or release the transition heat corresponding to heating and cooling, being suspended in a suspending medium (Fron 113), is storaged in a heat storage medium well 21. Exhaust gas generated intermittently or fluctuately is supplied to a heat exchanger 22, and is heated in a heat exchanger 22, and is heated in a heated in a heat exchanger with the heat storaged medium in the slurry condition which was sent by a pump 23, and is returned to a heat medium storage well 21 through a reducing valve 24. A generator 26 is direct-coupled to a fron turbine 25 in which working medium evaporated in the storage well 21 is introduced. Working medium liquefied in a condenser 27 in which low pressure working medium out of the turbine 25 is cooled and liquified, is storaged in a storage 28, and is returned to the storage well 21 being pressurized to the pressure of in the storage well 21.
