GAS COMBUSTION DEVICE

PURPOSE:To get a correct ignited gas volume and reduce the number of solenoid valves by a method wherein a gas volume adjusting unit is operated before opening of the solenoid valves and the gas volume adjusting unit is provided with a gas volume adjusting unit. CONSTITUTION:Gas is guided to a solenoid valve 14 through a gas pipe 13. In turn, when a condition required for making an ignition, such as whether the water is flowed or not, is fulfilled, the ignition plug 15 may start a spark. At the same time, the gas volume adjusting unit 16 is opened and is operated to set the desired gas volume. After that, the first solenoid valve 14 is opened, gas is supplied through the gas volume adjusting unit 16 adjusted to the desired gas volume, to the burner 17 and then the combustion starts. These controls are performed at the control part 9. When the flame is diminished, since the gas volume adjusting unit 16 is also provided with a termination function, it is closed simultaneously with the termination of the solenoid valve 14. With this arrangement, it is made possible to make a compact and low cost unit.
