CONSTITUTION:0.5-30wt% (based on the quantity of resin solid) crystalline material (e.g. 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methyl phenol) which is solid at room temp. and insoluble in water and has a m.p. of 150 deg.C or below and a particle size of 20mu or below, is blended with a water-based powdered paint obtd. by dispersing a thermosetting powder which is solid at room temp. and insoluble in water, in an aq. soln. contg. a surfactant or a cationic resin binder.
