Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To easily mount a foil further increase its loading capability, by folding the foil to be wound on protrusive parts of a pair of cylindrical members which form a cylindrical structure by mutually fitting plural recessed and protruded parts provided in the peripheral direction. CONSTITUTION:Cylindrical members 1, 2 provide in their peripheral direction a plurality of recessed parts 1a, 2a and protruded parts 1b, 2b. Then a cylindrical structure is formed by fitting the recessed part 1a to the protruded part 2b and the protruded part 1b to the recessed part 2a. A foil 3 is folded to be wound on the protruded part 2b of the cylindrical members 1, 2, and end parts 3a, 3b of the foil 3 are protrusively extended along the internal surface of the cylindrical structure, forming a bearing.
