REVERSE DRAWING PRESS DEVICE

PURPOSE:To provide a titled device which permits optional adjustment and setting of drawing depth and facilitates an adjusting operation with a reverse drawing press having a die on an upper die side by disposing a liftable blank holder and a puch adjustable in the bottom dead point position on the lower die side. CONSTITUTION:A blank holder 5 provided on a lower die side is supported by a bolster 11 and screw shafts 13 are vertically moved by turning screw nuts 14 at four corners by a motor 20 to adjust the height of the holder 5. An adjusting ram 24 which determines the bottom dead point of a punch 6 lifted by a lower slide 7 is set optionally in the position thereof by means of screw shafts 25 at four corners rotated by a motor 30. The blank holder 5 and the bottom dead point position of the punch 6 are easily adjusted to an optimum relation by the above-mentioed operations, by which the adjusting operation is speeded up.
