APPARATUS FOR TESTING GETTING-ON-AND-OFF DURABILITY OF SEAT

PURPOSE:To three-dimensionally reproduce such a state that a crew separates from a seat, by sliding a testing seat to right and left while performing the up- and-down movement and revolution of a buttocks model. CONSTITUTION:A seat 17 to be tested is placed on a seat placement stand 16 which is, in turn, slid to right and left on a surface plate 15 by the operation of an air cylinder 14 for a slider. A buttocks model 9 is arranged on the seat placement stand 16 and connected to a shaft 5 which is, in turn, moved up and down by the operation of an air cylinder 1 for up-and-down movement through the pressure contact of an engaging piece 1B and a shaft support plate 3. Further, a spline 5A inlaid with a lever 8 is provided to the upper part of the shaft 5. Therefore, the shaft 5 is revolved through the lever 8 by the operation of an air cylinder 11 gor revolution. When these three cylinders 1, 11, 14 are operated at proper timing, a state, such that a crew separates from a seat, can be reproduced three-dimensionally and the durability of the seat can be tested with ease.
