Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent an erroneous transmission by adding the key information to both message and block numbers, reading a prescribed block according to the message and block numbers and collating the read-out key information. CONSTITUTION:The key information (b) as well as the message and block numbers (a) are added to blocks A-N of divided sound signals belonging to a telegram. Then the information (b) is always collated when the sound signal block of the message and block numbers (a) desired by a processor 1 is read out. If no coincidence is obtained from said collation, a fault of the telegram is decided. Then this telegram is disused. In such procedures, the transmission with a wrong combination can be avoided.
