Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a beautiful titled sheet in which pattern parts corresponding to recessed parts coincide with actual recessed parts, by a method wherein a desired pattern is printed in a non-foamable printing ink on a base for a sheet, and printing in a heat-foamable printing ink is conducted on pattern parts corresponding to recessed parts, followed by thermocompression forming. CONSTITUTION:A desired pattern is printed in a non-foamable printing ink 2 on the base 1 for the sheet consisting of a thermoplastic resin, then printing in a heat-foamable printing ink 3 is conducted on the pattern parts corresponding to recessed parts, and a backing material 4 is adhered to the base 1, if required. Thereafter, heat and pressure are applied to the printed base 1 by clamping and pressing plates 5, 5 to foam the ink 3, thereby obtaining the objective sheet. A foaming agent contained in the heat-foamable ink is preferably of the microcapsule type in which a volatile liquid foaming agent having a foaming temperature range near the thermocompression temperature is sealed in microcapsules of a thermoplastic resin. EFFECT:The objective sheet is produced easily and inexpensively. USE:A surfacing material for a floor, a wall or the like.
