Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain the laminate excellent in electric property, workability for punching, water resistance, and useable for electronic instruments by a method in which the base for laminate is treated with the mixture of water soluble low molecular weight resol resin and tung oil denatured phenol resin with low tung oil content, and the prepregs thus obtained are laminated and then heated under pressure. CONSTITUTION:The base (e.g. cotton linter paper, etc.) for a laminate is impregnated with the mixture in which (A-ii) e.g. 10-40wt% (to component A) low tung oil denatured phenol resin is added to water soluble low molecular weight resol resin (A-i) (e.g. phenol, etc.) and is preliminarily dried. Next, the prepreg impregnated with oil denatured phenol resin B (e.g. tung oil, etc.) preferably at 30-60% content, may be obtained. These sheets of required number are laminate and heated under pressure, thereby obtaining the objective laminate.
