PRODUCTION OF LAMINATED COOLING BODY

PURPOSE:To produce a laminated cooling body with good productivity by heating cooling fins in such a way that the hole of the cooling fins for a cooling base body is made smaller than the diameter of the cooling base body and inserting the cooling fins onto the cooling base body then eliminating the temp. difference between both and fixing both. CONSTITUTION:A cooling fin 2 is heated in such a way that the difference in the diameter between the hole 3 of the fin 2 for a cooling base body and the cooling base body is made 0.03-0.2mm.. The fin 2 having the relatively larger diameter is then inserted into the body 1. The temp. difference between the fin 2 and the body 1 is eliminated by a method of resting the fin 2 and the body 1 in this state in the atm. of the like, by which the fin 2 is tightly fitted to the body 1. A flux-cored solder ring 5 is thereafter interposed between the fin and the base body and the assembly is heated to the temp. necessary for soldering, by which the fin 2 is fixed to the body 1.
