Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To enable to output a pulse at the time point of 120 deg. of output pulse interval when a control input stepwisely increases at 60 deg. or more by adding an output pulse interval counter to a pulse phase device. CONSTITUTION:A synchronizing signal from a synchronization detector 31 is inputted to a clock pulse forming circuit 32, and a clock pulse is inputted. A frequency divider 33 is composed of counters to divide the frequency of a clock pulse of a clock pulse forming circuit 32, thereby forming a clock pulse having 6 times of frequency of a synchronization power source, and applying it to binary counters 34-36. The counted values of the counters of the divider 33 is also inputted to a phase converter 37. The converter 37 selects the outputs of binary counters 34-36. A comparator 38 compares the output of a phase converter 18 with the control input in amplitude, and applies a pulse of the prescribed width to an OR circuit 39 when both coincide. The OR circuit 39 obtains the logic sum of the input and the input from a pulse interval counter 41 and inputs the output to a ring counter.
