CONSTITUTION:System control information between a system controller and interchanging network devices 3 and 4 is transmitted over the system control channel on the highway transmission line 1 through a system control channel control circuit 22 and interchange information between the interchanging network device 3 or 4 and an interchanging node device 5 or 6 is transmitted over an interchange control channel on the highway transmission line 1 through an interchange control channel control circuit 33. |
