Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent separation of a contact portion of upper and lower packings by providing a projecting portion engaged with a wall plate of a groove of a gear case at the contact portion of the upper and lower packings. CONSTITUTION:Projecting portions 13 engaged with wall plates 7a of a groove of a gear case 4 are disposed at the contact portion T of an upper oil seal packing 11a and the lower oil seal packing 12a. The projecting portions are pressed by the wall plates 7a, and the upper and lower gear cases 2, 3 are fastened and fixed by bolts. In this arrangement, the contact portion T of the oil seal packings 11a, 12a is prevented from being moved peripherally by rotational frictional force with a rotary wheel shaft 1 to cause separation.
