ELECTRODEPOSITION PAINTING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To change automatically an electrodeposition painting level in one electrodeposition vessel by branching a bypass conveying line in the mid-way of the electrodeposition vessel and changing over the lines according to the result of the identification of a means for identifying a material to be coated provided just before the branch part. CONSTITUTION:A branch part 5 is extended in the mid-way of a conveying part 1c for dipping of a main conveying line 1 for an electrodeposition vessel 2 and is joined thereto near the top end of an inclined part 1b for discharging. A means 8 for identifying materials to be coated are provided to the main line 1 just before the same to identify the kind of materials 4 to be coated. The result of the identification is inputted to a control device 10 which controls a line change-over means 9 to pass the materials to be coated to the line 1 or a bypass conveying line 6. The electrodeposition level for, for example, a body 4A for a passanger car, a body 4B for a truck etc. is automatically changed according to the shape of the materials 4 by the above-mentioned device.
