Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To attain high integration while reducing the number of wires by arranging an input junction in front of a receiving gate and disconnecting this input junction from a resistance series circuit after the receiving gate has transition to a voltage presence state. CONSTITUTION:When a control signal ''1'' is outputted from a transmitting gate 5, this signal ''1'' reaches a point A through a transmission line 6. When the input junction 10-1 is in a zero voltage state at this point of time, the signal from the point A flows in the receiving gate 11-1 through the input junction 10-1 and the receiving gate has transition to a voltage presence state. Then, this input junction 10-1 turns off and a current flows to an input resistance 7-2. A point B is the same and receiving gates 11 also have transition to the voltage presence state successively. Thus, all receiving gates 11 are disconnected and then the transmission line 6 is terminated at the series resistance value of the resistance series circuit 9.
