Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To allow a driver to recognize the reset-to-zero alignment of number wheels by a response and improve the efficiency of operation by providing a rotating member to a rotating shaft and running a fixed member through the rotating shaft, and locking the fixed member to a frame side. CONSTITUTION:A rotating shaft 1 is inserted into plural number wheels 2 rotatably and pinion holders 4 on which pinion gears 3 for shifting are supported rotatably are interposed between those number wheels 2. A fixed member 7 is inserted through the rotating shaft 1 and locked to the side of a frame 8 no to rotate, and a fixed member 9 has at least one 1st lock part 9. Consequently, the driver recognize the reset-to-zero alignment of the numner wheels by a response and a positioning mechanism is assembled easily simultaneously with the installation of an integrating calculation mechanism to improve the operation efficiency.
