MANUFACTURE OF MOTOR CORE

PURPOSE:To average the deviations of a laminated layers by providing means for switching part of the punched shape of an iron plate between a certain direction and a direction rotated at 180 deg. in the same punched plane. CONSTITUTION:A press of multistages is used to sequentially feed intermittently steel strips 1 at the prescribed feeding pitch P, and passed on the female of stages aligned on the rectilinear line. The strips 1 are sequentially pressed at the necessary parts, and punched at the final stage to obtain iron plates 2. Stages S1, S2 are selectively set to operating states, and part of the punched shape of the strip such as bolt holes are switched to the direction rotated at 180 deg.. The plates 2 are brought at the bolt holes into coincidence, and laminated.
