Zusammenfassung:	Novel fluorinated thiocarbamates of the formula in which R is alkyl, cycloalkyl or optionally substituted aryl, R and R independently of one another are hydrogen or alkyl or R and R together are an alkylene chain and R and R independently of one another are hydrogen, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, alkoxyalkyl, alkylthioalkyl, cycloalkyl or a saturated or unsaturated, optionally substituted heterocyclic ring having 5 to 8 ring members, or R and R together with the adjacent nitrogen atom are an optionally substituted, saturated or unsaturated heterocyclic ring having 5 to 8 ring members, a process for the preparation of these novel substances, and their use as herbicides.
