Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a polyurea grease compsn. having good shear stability in a hydrous state and excellent lubricating property, prepd. by mixing polyurea grease, polymethacrylate and montan wax acid ester by a specified method. CONSTITUTION:A polymethacrylate is added in an amt. of about 0.5-5wt% to a polyurea grease obtained by reacting an isocyanate with an amine in a base oil. The mixt. is heated to about 180-200 deg.C under stirring at a heating rate of about 1 deg.C/min or higher. After cooling to near the room temp., about 0.5- 10wt% montan wax acid ester is mixed into the above, followed by defoaming to obtain the aimed polyurea grease compsn.
