CONSTITUTION:An analysis appliance 10 is constituted of a flat vessel part 11 formed of a hard or hardly deformable plate consisting of a synthetic resin such as PE, PP, polystyrene, polymethacrylate resin, polyacrylate resin, etc. or glass and an upper sheet-shaped wall part 12 and is made into the form of a flat plate-shaped vessel as a whole. A porous chamber body 15 having elasticity is contained in a reaction chamber 13. The change in a sample soln. is easily measured with high acuracy according to such constitution.
