LASER WORKING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To perform precision working without requiring a highly skilled technique by storing the information on the position where a laser beam is irradiated and controlling cooperatively the irradiation of the laser light and pulse motors for driving X- and Y-axes. CONSTITUTION:A laser working machine 19 has heads 19a, 19b, 19c and irradiates a laser beam 20 to a material 17 to be worked held on a moving mechanism 11. Switches 23 to command assignment of a kind, start, etc. and speed change knobs 24 are provided to a control box 22. A controller 28 controls pulse motors 12, 13 for X-axis and Y-axis as the preset program according to the signals from a laser control box 26 and the box 22 and performs the irradiation of the laser beam. Since the information on the position where the laser beam is irradiated is preliminarily stored in the program, laser working of an intricate shape is accomplished without requiring a skilled technique.
