ROLLED CORE STRUCTURE

PURPOSE:To obtain sufficient low loss characteristic of amorphous magnetic alloy thin belt by providing crepe paper between the layers of amorphous magnetic alloy thin belt at least any one of the upper and lower yokes. CONSTITUTION:At the upper yoke, for example, of rolled core 1, the crepe paper 3 is provided between layers of amorphous magnetic alloy thin belt 2 wound to said portion. When such rolled core 1 is hung and fixed, a fixed force by the clamp materials 6, 7 are applied on the upper yoke of rolled core 1 and a self weight of rolled core 1 and a weight of winding 4 are applied downward. Thereby, a compression force is applied to the amorphous magnetic alloy thin belt 2 located to the upper yoke of rolled core 1 but the crepe paper 3 provided between amorphous magnetic alloy thin belt 2 at the upper yoke of rolled core 1 has elasticity, owing to many wrinkles. Thereby, the crepe paper 3 absorbs a compressing force alleviating it and is capable of suppressing reduction of iron loss by a compressing force applied on the amorphous magnetic alloy thin belt 2.
