Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To shift a cam shaft so as to adjust open-close timing of a valve, by supporting the cam shaft by a bearing having an eccentric hole and turning the bearing in accordance with an engine speed. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder head 1 turnably provides a bearing 3 having an eccentric hole 2, and this eccentric hole 2 supports a cam shaft 4 having a cam 5 swivelling a rocker arm 6. The bearing 3 is connected to a plunger 11 in a hydraulic pressure oil chamber 10 through an arm 8 and a hydraulic rod 9. The hydraulic pressure, changing in accordance with a change of speed of an engine, shifts the cam shaft 4 in relation to the rocker arm 6 by turning the bearing 3 and changes open-close timing of a valve 7.
