CONSTITUTION:The objective drink can be produced by removing microorganisms and enzymes from a stock solution of a drink, e.g. juice of fruit such as orange, extract of tes, coffee, etc. with water, etc., using an ultrafiltration membrane apparatus (preferably a tubular-type hollow fiber having a pore diameter of 2-4nm and a critical molecular weight of 2,000-8,000). |
