MOTOR OPERATING STATE DETECTING SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To enable to grasp the operating state only by an analog input signal by providing an analog input processor having tables for upper and lower warning limit values for the operation of a motor and a start decision value. CONSTITUTION:An analog input processor 6' detects the variation value of a current from the variation value of voltage after the lapse of a current regulating time and compares the upper and lower limit values of the current stored in a table 7'. If falling within the upper and lower limit values, the input is then compared with the start decision value in the table 7'. If larger than the start decision value, it is judged that a switch is closed, the drive time of a motor 1 until the current value becomes the start decision value or lower, and stored in a memory 4. Simultaneously, the average of the used current of the motor 1 is calculated and stored in a memory 8.
