Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To lower the manufacturing cost of the titled device, by decreasing the number of parts and by reducing processes of assembling, by providing a reinforcement projection having a cutout to insert a pin, which is communicated with a pin insertion channel, through which a hammer pin can perform the reciprocating movements, to the end of the cylindrical case of a high voltage generator. CONSTITUTION:A reinforcement projection 9c is provided to the end of a cylindrical case 9. The projection 9c has a cutout 9b to insert a hammer pin, which is communicated with a hammer pin channel 9a through which a hammer 5 with a hammer pin 6 can perform the reciprocating movements, and through which the hammer 5 with a pin can be inserted into the case 9. A shock absorber 4, a piezoelectric element 2, and a socket 3 are inserted into the cylindrical case 9 and are fixed to one end of the case. The hammer 5 with a pin 6 and a hammer spring are inserted into the case 9 from the opposite side of a case, and the side of the reinforcement projection 9c of a case 9 is fitted to the fitting plate 10 of a piezoelectric device. With such an arrangement, the hammer housing part of a cylindrical case is prevented from being distorted without using any fitting plate. A fitting plate can be omitted, and a process to insert the fitting plate can be omitted, so that the manufacturing cost for the titled device can be decreased. |
